hey, i really like floor material and stairs. i think it's a little dark, but it does have sense with your illumination.

Nice work Edenux...nice lightning, but would be nice to see some interior lamps, also tv image needs some emisive layer. the plant pot needs a better material cause now it looks to flat and little burn...and exterior image has a red part i dont understand, but in all a very nice image with potential, maybe ill change camara position and put some fire on the fireplace and with some lamps it would be more warm..keep posting bro!

Were those omni lights or portal lights that gave the shadows on the floor?

I'm finding my sun (GI) doesn't offer such fine shadows.

I'm new to detailed lighting techniques.

I think the biggest thing standing out to me is the flooring material....it looks entirely too flat unless you were going for fake-wood, sheet type material. I think you just need at least some bump to define the lines/spaces between floor boards. I think a little more light at the top would also help. You definately got a great start with this image, just keep pushing it. Anxious to see an update.
